Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During material releases, processing times may extend slightly due to volume and verification procedures.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level. We offer both domestic and international shipping. Once an order has been placed, shipping methods cannot be modified.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected carrier and service level. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times may vary due to local carrier handling, customs clearance, or regional regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Arakawa Labs™ does not collect or control these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate. Carrier status updates are managed externally and may not reflect real-time movement.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error may be delayed, returned, or lost. Reshipment costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Arakawa Labs™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the carrier directly. Assistance may be provided at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address information may be subject to additional reshipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Status & Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted.
